Claims

Something happened. Let’s make the next step smaller.

File with the company, then loop us in. Independent agents don’t vanish after the sale — claims are the point.

After an auto claim

  • Call the police when you should

If anyone is hurt, vehicles aren’t drivable, or there’s a dispute, get a report. Take photos of all four corners, the other vehicle’s plate, and the scene.

  • Exchange facts, not theories

Names, numbers, insurance companies, and a plate. Skip fault conversations on the roadside.

  • Call the carrier — then call us

Most companies want the first notice of loss the same day. Then ring the office. We follow the claim so you aren’t chasing adjusters alone.

After a property claim

  • Make it safe, then document

Stop further damage if you can do it safely — tarp a roof, shut off water. Photograph before you throw anything away.

  • Keep receipts

Hotels, plywood, meals away from home. Loss-of-use coverage often reimburses what you can prove.
